KKCR COMMUNITY CALENDAR

If you have an event that falls into one of the following categories, it may be included in the KKCR Community Calendar:

1) An event hosted by an official 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, whether free or paid admission*, or

2) An event that is free and open to the public, whether by a for-profit or a non-profit group, or

3) An event hosted by a public, private, or charter school.

* Please note: Paid events that are hosted by a for-profit entity with "net proceeds" going to a non-profit are excluded. This is because the FCC considers these types of events as being promotional for the for-profit company even though a non-profit entity might benefit. In any case, no prices will be announced on air. Also, due to the large volume of requests and a limited amount of space, we may be unable to include all submitted events.
